My tickets wont submit, the ai bot is useless, everytime i try to talk to a human being im looped around. Please help me

My best hope is to have a member reach out to me, tickets wont submit, the ai bot is useless wont work or listen to me, said it would contact help on my behalf then just.. didnt.. im about to cancel at this point.
