I am struggling to install a new esim on the new phone. The phone will not let me pass the page where I have to connect to a mobile network and it says to scan a QR code.... So how do I get that QR code or get the new e Sim installed please?
Can I get a QR code sent to the old phone and use that to access the new phone..... On the new phone I am stuck on the page where it makes me connect to a mobile network
