I need to renew my subscription, however, I want to change to a lower cost plan. In my portal, Public Mobile doesn't show a plan less then $40 when i know they have them.I currently have no active phone and have been waiting 2 hours for a response.
There is none; they are all more expensive. I don't have an active subscription and pay prepaid month to month. There should be no reason why i can change the plan. I don't have an active plan so I'm not downgrading.
