Still can’t make or receive calls

I ported my number over 20 hrs ago and I still can’t make or receive calls. I’ve tried private chat, submitted tickets and no help or response from anyone. is this really what Public is all about?

I ported my number over 5 hrs ago and I still can’t make a call. I need to call clients for work and now I have no phone. How do I fix this?

I’ve done all that. And sent those messages and I get nothing and no one back. Pretty frustrating.

I tried that hrs ago and haven’t had any response. This really is bad. They have my money but I can’t get any service or any help.

I did reply yes. I have no signal with public. Once I disconnect my wifi I have nothing.

So this can take days to fix. I’ve never had this problem porting a number before. I’m beginning to think I’ve made a mistake.
