I have done all the trouble shooting and outgoing and incoming calls won't go through since yesterday morning. I put in a ticket but haven't received a response. I can still text. I need a Public Mobile agent to contact me soon!!!
I had a Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. Not VoLTE compatible. I got a notice from PM a week after my phone suddenly stopped working that my phone would stop working April 30th, 2016. They told me to switch to Telus or Koodo.
Yes, I had to get a new phone. I am in BC. The worst part was that PM gave me no prior warning that this was happening and I spent countless hours troubleshooting myself!!!! Unacceptable!!!

Public Mobility did not give me any warning that my phone was going to stop working because 3G was no longer available. They sent me a notice a week after it happened. I had to buy a new phone after a week of trouble shooting myself!!!
