Same here. I'm in Langley. Nothing on Telus' page accounts for why I should be receiving an intermittent "No mobile data serviceTemporarily turned off by your operator" message.
Don't know if this is the right place to enter, but my favourite look is a sweater, scarf, and gloves. Usually don't need a jacket because it seldom gets to freezing on the West Coast.
