Do I need to resubscribe the current plan? Then I found the promo 50%off is gone…. PM took my money last month, how come this month didn’t work?

I have no control over the agent reply time. So I just paid for the full amount in order to get my phone service back. When will the agent get back to me? I waited for 12 hours already after direct messaging.
