Responding yes to port out does nothing.

I am porting out of public and when I respond yes it does nothing. When I call the number in the text it says there is no port for the number.

I have done this. I should lose service from public if the port has actually gone through.

I have been talking to the new provider. Normally replying yes would result in the port happening. I have nothing happen
