The message is Input PIN (4-8).Ive had the PKU message before but this is different. Its an Easyfone brand 

Thanks. It's on an old school flip phone (Easyfone). It's worked for months no problem then all of a sudden it's asking "Input PUK (4-8)"  That's all that comes up.
