when I try to dial out, I am getting a message that my plan does not include talk. I can accept calls, but unable to dial out. I just started the $40 5GB unlimited calling plan on Dec 2.
figured out what the issue was. for the number that I was trying to dial, the extension number was part of the saved number.this didn't cause issues with Chatr and Fido, so I guess, Telus network behaves differently.
