When I try to update my card Public Mobile just says "not able to process request" .  My card is good. I was trying on the last day I was paid up and needed to pay for the next months.  I tried again that day and later and got the same result.  I res...

None of these suggestions worked. Card is still not updated. I can't see whether I have missed anything.  

Tried the mobile app, browser private window, changing some setting on notifications.  Nothing works. Card update still fails
