I’m using an iPhone 13. Data and SMS work, but incoming calls do not. I’ve reset network settings, confirmed VoLTE is enabled, and tested LTE-only. Please re-provision my voice and VoLTE (IMS) and check incoming call routing.
I tried that yesterday but they haven't responded. How quickly do they usually respond? It's not a porting issue - it started about a month ago - after having the phone and the plan for years.
