CS agent asked me to activate a new number and then port my old number, but after I activate my SIM card with old number. I can’t still receive the port out request message from PM. I even called Rogers, and they said no any message received from PM....
I tried using both my account number and IMEI number to activate my subscription, but it still shows “Subscription Not Activated.” 
I paid $10 for the SIM card, and it’s been 14 days now. I still haven’t received it.….
