Haven't received physical SIM card

Hello,I subscribed to the $20 / 60GB plan on January 24 and also purchased a $10 physical SIM card.However, I have not received the SIM card yet. Could you please help me check the status of my order and let me know if there is any issue?Thank you.

Finally, I bought a new SIM card from Amazon, and the fee for the new SIM card will be credited to my account.
