How can I reach a customer service representative to confirm number transfer from Fido to PM? The transfer has been pre approved from Fido side.

It looks like I am not the only one with this issue. I called Fido and they manually did an override and waiting for PM to confirm thr e number transfer but no human to confirm this.....
