Hi,I have submitted more than 3 tickets in 2 days for my changing plan require, but unfortunately I didn't get any response yet. Does anyone change the plan from esim to physical sim before?
I already messaged them many times; I didn't get any reply yet. Changing an activating method shouldn't take this long, as I have paid the subscription, and my old provider is still activating, so I have to pay 2 providers now...
