Cannot Install eSIM via app eventhough I passed My phone IMEI test before select eSIM

I am using iPhone XR and did passed IMEI test before select eSIM. However, it failed when activating eSIM in app. My phone is not carrier locked.

I try to connect to support on app but stuck at login as blank page pops up after I clicked on Log in.
