I didn’t receive the email with eSIM QR code. Please help to resent to me ASAP. Thanks

I tried to Reboot the phone and login the app again but still did not work. I have also sent the email to CS already and I am now can not use any cellphone services, please have a look as attached photo and fix of it ASAP. Thanks
