I completed a subscription with Public mobile and gave my land line number to use for the subscription. It didn't go through and I was informed that the activation was not done. What do I do as my landline is going to be disconnected in six days.
I have 2 PM plans but I need to switch and retain one of the numbers. What is the best way to do this? Cancel the plan I don't want (but keep the number) and then change the number (on the plan I want to keep) with the number I want to keep.
I have now got my number ported to Public Mobile. So I now have 2 numbers on one physical phone. How can I cancel one number and have the other number transferred to my new plan? Any help would be appreciated.
