New account, data is working but appears to be an incomplete port from Freedom. Who can I contact to resolve this?

Good call, I'll do that. Your question about acct # might be the issue, maybe there were some letters that should have been excluded?

I got a text, but it just said that the transfer was requested, no indication to reply yes. I replied Yes anyway, just in case!
