eSIM installation - No QR Code or Activation email received

Hi,I have tried several times to activate my eSIM. I have met all other conditions but the activation would not go through successfully. Please help!

Hi, this is where i am stuck. I have started my phone and i do not see Public mobile show up in the settings of my phone yet.
