when I first signed up and ported number it said that my subscription had 'expired' and prompted me to pay another $20 which stubbornly I did..service works and data is working but for some reason the discount no longer showng on my subscription
same issue. my service is working but I have been double charged (2x$20 + tax charges on my credit card). my 50% discount also does not exist. cs_agent messaged but hoping for a solution
