Incoming calls and text message still not working. Is there any phone number where I can call to report the porting issue?

I am experiencing the exact same issue after porting from Fido (ported around 1pm) to Public Mobile. Incoming calls and text messages are not working (Data is working and I can only make outbound voice calls). Restarted my phone and reset the network...
