HI,I purchased flash sale of 50% discount but it is overridden with regular subscription fee and charged twice.Need help to reverse duplicate payment and restore 50% flash sale.Thanks.
Thank you for responding. I again submitted ticket. Not sure if this any different than previous ticket. Kindly help as it’s a double dip on payment and I lost the 50% offer for 2 years as well.
