Redeem Points for $20 Voucher and it was Applied to Bill

I redeemed point for a $20 on December 18th 2025. The $20 Credit was not applied to my bill in December or January. Mu bill date is the 19th.

Yes I did that. AS I said i redeeemd on DEc 18th. Thre have been 2 billing cycles and nothing has changed.
