I'm trying to get a billing issue sorted and the AI bot instructions to talk to a live agent doesn't seem to work as I do not know the name of one. SO how do I get connected?
This PM is the worst phone service I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. I've DMed the CS_agents 3 times over 2 days to inquire about an issue and there is zero response. Are they on strike or something??
