Swapped my phone from Rogers to Public Mobile on Saturday, have successfully made phone calls and texts since (on Sunday), now texts work but calls don't work either inbound or outbound.
Data and texts were working, just not calls. Have rebooted the phone, old sim was removed, number transfer appears to have gone fine, not sure what's going on. Putting it in airplane mode then back seems to have fixed it.
