Does my plan include unlimited talk and text in both Canada and the US. Namely the CAN/US Plan?

Thanks, just to confirm, my plan allows me to use my phone for unlimited calling and texting in Canada and in the US. I live in Canada, does this mean there are no roaming charges when I use my phone in the US?
