Lower my current plan from 5g to 4g

hi,I need to change my current plan (5g) to a lower plan (4g) and the system doesn´t give me the option either on the app nor on my laptop. How can I change that please. Any help?

Thank you! But it should be a work around to do so, I hope. If I get a new esim can i bring my phone number to my new plan with esim?
