I set up my account 2 weeks ago and not a dam thing works on my phone I want a refund , so i can go to another service provider as this is ridiculous so called customer service. How do i get a refund, I paid $74. I want refund ASAP as this is a joke ...

I supposedly set up my phone last week and it's still not working, this is a dam fiasco & I wasted $75I want a refund!!!!!
