Hello all I’ve tried to renew my plan online and all it did was take 10.00 from my balance and says it’s active but nothing was charged to my credit card and the phone still dose not work. What can I do to fix this
I’ve tried that twice. When I make a call it says sorry I don’t have long distance. The numbers I’m calling are local and the plan suppose to include long distance
