I can’t compete my activation as I haven’t received a SIM card and it’s have been almost 3 weeks.

I am unable to see anything when open the link. The screen just shows the solutions that might help which is not helpful and there’s no way to contact an agent. Is there a way to receive an eSIM at this point?
