I mistakenly activated my eSIM on another device through which I was choosing the plan. But I want it on another device the reason I need an eSIM is because I already have a physical sim in that phone.The IMEI for the other phone is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx...

I am not able to transfer my number from Public to Bell it is showing some error that it is in an open port request. I called bell customer service they said the problem is from public side so can you please help me out asap.Thank you.
