One last thing why did PM allow the phone to be connected if it showed blacklisted? Now this is 2 months no service for this item. I will check to see if I can try the SIM in another phone if available.
I did check the list and it shows Your device HAS BEEN reported lost or stolen and is on the national blacklist. I am just trying to pull up my receipts to have for proof.
