Unsuccessful Sim Order but payment deducted

Help! I order a sim card and there is unsuccessful error. So, I tried 2 more times but didn't realized the payment was deducted 3 times. Is there anyways to cancel all the orders??

I am having the same issue... but it look like it charged me 3 times as I tried 3 time. Is there anyways to cancel all of it?
