How to I reset my phone to be able to make these calls / send these texts. Also, in researching how to do this, I see that my APN username and password are blank. i am not a very techy person and require support with this. Please help
Thank you, this is so helpful. What I have just seen is that it says Telus not Public Mobile as my carrier? I know that Public Mobile is owned by Telus and don't remember if it said Public Mobile or Telus prior to going to Mexico???
