Help, I got the authorization text from Public Mobile to transfer phone number, but when I try to reply to it saying "Yes" - it says Not delivered.  I only have 90 minutes to reply.Help...

I'm trying to port out of Public Mobile into Fizz.I did not receive the authorization text to agree to transfer my number, and therefore timed out the transfer request and was not successful.  I tried this twice.However, the cellular data looks like ...
