I keep getting robo calls, the latest a Chinese voice, earlier today a call from the legal dept of CRA ha.ha. and then a computer service call offering a refund for a service I did not sign up for!!. How can I stop these calls. My land line with Telu...

I added $20 to my account from my credit card on file and tried to purchase the 10 day talk and text option. I did not receive confirmation and the $20 is still in my account. What is happening?!!

I'm in Nevada. Have paid for the 10 day talk and text and limited data. but my incoming and outgoing calls are dropped after about 1 minute. Why??

OK thanks. I'm off to the US now so will check when I arrive if I have the roaming plan. The add on system leaves a lot to be desired. It's taken me about 30 minutes to figure this out!!

OK. tried it again and purchased the $20 add on, but my account balance is still $20!
