I read here in the community that phone compatibility maybe an issue for inability to use  US Add On Data.My phone is Samsung Galaxy S24.I hope there is no issue with compatibility for the Data service, Right?

I purchased add ons for bot; US talk/ text and data. The talk text is working but No data. I need assistance on how to use (switch on)my data.
