How do I actually get help? I’m on day 3 with random texts every few hours from various cst’s that can’t get my service to work. 

I have and it will take up to 72 hours for somebody to look at the issue. 3 days without phone service doesn’t seem acceptable

My account is active, paid and there are no service outages.
