I haven’t received my port permission SMS to leave public mobile. It’s been 6 hours. What can I do?

I contacted the number you provided and they can’t do anything as this is a public mobile account. They asked me to email accessible@telus.com.

When I called both numbers , it said my number doesn’t exist in their system.
