Samsung S22 ultra with Canada Us and Mexico plan.I'm visiting in the Us and text and email are working but I can't receive or make calls.

Hey, thanks for your help. I've tried thAt with no success.I went to an AT&T store today and they couldn't solve the issue.They told me that I would have to call tech support.I appreciate you trying to help.Thanks.

it won't allow me to turn it off of automatic.

I do believe that is the issue but when I go to network operators it's in automatic network selection and I can't disable it to choose manually.
