Hi, I got a new phone but my SIM card doesn’t transfer over to it. How do I transfer the SIM card to keep my same number as my old phone

But will it keep my number? I thought I had to buy one on my iPhone 15 because that is what the chatbot told me to do, so now I’ll be buying another one for the iPhone 17 can I get a refund? Thank you

No the iPhone 17 doesn’t accept physical SIM cards only eSIM
