Credit card issues

I had my credit card on autopay, but my last payment didn't go through. I tried to re-register the credit card but it says it will not work. My credit card works fine otherwise. What should i do?

I tried 611 and my card still would not work. I private messaged moderator yesterday, and still no reply. Thanks for your help.

Ok, the different browser and private mode didn't work. How do you get a payment voucher?
