If password reset does not work then, simply message a moderator remember to state your name, phone number, address, and account pin. 

That looks like a big problem, just message a moderator. it's easy all you have to do is go to your email on community (which is the envelope in the right corner), then type moderator team in the To section,then tell them your problem. There you go, ...
