How can I submit a ticket in My Account and Support pages are working (show a maintenance message with a random date range) on the website or the app? It is a somewhat urgent issue. Thank you.
Both website and app are down today as well (January 7, 2026) - they both show a message about maintenance on March 4-5 (?!). I need to mark my phone as lost but cannot reach anyone. Please help.
