i have had sometechnical difficulty recently and was forced to change providers . However the transfer is being problematic and tbey asked for my public account number to create a request. Can someone help me with this?
I am getting a resume activation prompt so im assuming i would need to pay to get access. I also tried sending a private message through the link you sent asking if I can do it without having to pay I am also waiting for an answer on that.

I tried calling the number it just said the next time i need to pay is on sept so I believe the account is still active. What should i do next to port the number? Or if you are able do it for me thatd be very helpful.
