So my AutoPay failed but I had enough balance to cover my current plan. Now my account says suspended even though it has enough credit to cover the renewal.Can someone please assist? Thanks!

I just switched. This is shady AF. I know Telus owns PM and Koodo, but PM seems to be screwing everyone. I have a feeling Telus is just trying to kill off PM.
