Transfer number[fido to public mobile]

I requested to transfer my phone number from Fido to Public Mobile around 4 PM on January 24th, and as of January 25th, I still have not received calls or texts. It is only possible to make phone calls. Please solve it.

I did reply "yes". But still doesn't receive call and text messages and only can out calling.
