Is the site down? I am logged in, my account is in good standing, and yet I can not update my card info and can not complain about it. Chatbot is no help and my attempt to open a service ticket was also declined. Any way to get through?
I have been on the phone with the bank. We might have solved the problem -- a flagged card they did not tell me about. It is supposed to be fixed now. I will update if not. Thank you!
